This was a long-term seminar, which includes several sessions of the Executive Committee to review and work on the progress and different action plans regarding the four work packages of the project.

The first seminar represents a crucial opportunity to establish the foundations for a fruitful collaboration. Major challenges: defining common objectives, encouraging interpersonal communication, establishing a team spirit and stimulating innovation. Successful completion of this seminar will directly influence group dynamics, operational effectiveness and the achievement of organizational goals.

Face-to-face meeting of members of the COMOP (Operational Committee) ending with the 1st COPIL (Steering Committee).

For the first time since the official launch, project members will meet in person to discuss the progress of the project (each Work Package).

At the end of this week’s seminar, the Steering Committee (COPIL) will meet to be presented with a summary of this progress and to validate the strategic directions taken to date.
