WHAT’S A WORKSHOP ?
Workshops are collaborative work sessions during which a group of people come together to discuss, exchange ideas, solve problems or achieve specific objectives. They have become essential tools in various fields such as business, education, creativity, and problem solving.
One of the major challenges of workshops is to encourage collaboration and the sharing of ideas. By bringing together individuals with diverse skills and perspectives, workshops create an environment conducive to creativity and innovation. Participants can bring their unique knowledge and experiences to solve complex problems or generate new ideas. It also promotes synergy within the group, thereby strengthening cohesion and collaboration. Whether in a professional or educational context, these sessions allow you to acquire new skills, deepen existing knowledge and encourage the sharing of good practices. Participants are often asked to actively participate, which strengthens their engagement and makes it easier to retain information.
Workshops can also play an important role in problem solving. By encouraging critical thinking and open discussion, these sessions allow you to explore different perspectives and find innovative solutions. In addition, the decisions made during a workshop are often more legitimate, because they emerge from an inclusive process involving all participants.
