The purpose of the 3-day seminar / workshop for partners in the agricultural sector in Suriname (Government, Institutes and Private sector) is to initiate the preparation of an action plan for the national development of the agricultural sector by the university. The action plan is based on key issues towards achieving the 25% import reduction of products in the agricultural sector in Suriname with a view to economic recovery and in cooperation with French-Guyana.
