The objective of living laboratories is to stimulate the entire production chain from the field to the consumer’s table. It’s an approach in an open space of creation and experimentation which develops products and services in real environments which reflect the life contexts of the users where they will be implemented. They use participatory approaches and collective action tools. Finally, they bring together all the relevant and relevant stakeholders: farmers, agro-processors, consumers, trainers, agricultural research and development stakeholders, as well as businesses.
